I knew the hotel pool would be under construction during my stay, but I wasn’t prepared for the noise. This is my third time here, and aside from that, everything was great. The hotel itself is fantastic, the breakfast was delicious, and the room was both beautiful and spotless.

A very comfortable stay at Comfort Inn

We loved our stay at Comfort Inn. Even though it was only one night we realized this was a great hotel in a convenient and lovely location. The room had a great ocean view, across the street from a beautiful and walkable beach. From the room we could see the bay and old San Juan. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable.

The stay was amazing and the staff very friendly only I wish the jacuzzi was hot, or the pool with war water with that I will give the 100 starts.

We did not realize that this hotel hosts weddings on the top floor. They had weddings Friday, Saturday and Sunday with music blasting until midnight. On Saturday, people staying at the hotel after the wedding made noise until 2am, then smoked in the room, triggering the fire alarm. The poor desk employees could not turn off the fire alarm and it blasted until 6am. We slept in our car.
