It’s walking distance to restaurants, pharmacy, hospitals, doctors, casino, golf club including driving range, hotel and much more. A lot of things to do in downtown Caguas including “AL FRESCO” festival every last weekend of month. Just 20 minutes driving from Old San Juan and 25 minutes from San Juan International Airport. Come and explore more places than any other visitor.

Wonderful experience at this property. The owner was very friendly and responded with instructions upon check in promptly. The property is very clean and spacious. AC is ice cold. Highly recommend if you are in the Caguas Area.

Beautiful Home

This home is a morning birds happy place. The entire home is bright with natural sunlight, and a homey feel. It is central to serval food spots and close to the highway. The neighbors were very kind and so was Mr. Joel. We loved our stay and look forward to coming back again.

The Host really did an excellent job or taking care of us and the property. It was clean, well equipped with both necessities AND luxuries you normally would not expect. Very clean and upscale, exquisite designing, furnishing and luxurious decorating and finishing touches. Very polished and well stacked with supplies. I was highly impressed and felt so very comfortable. The host was always a phone or text away, to answer any questions 24/7, and responded quickly to satisfy all of our needs. Secure location, clean, safe. Ample parking, close proximity to everything you need (food, stores, highway, destination locations, etc). Excellent atmosphere an ambiance both inside the unit, as well as outside. Coming from the North East of America/USA... I thoroughly enjoyed my 10 day stay here in Puerto Rico! Thank you so much for making my experience that much more comfortable and delightful xoxo

Amé este lugar. Tiene una excelente ubicación, y el espacio estaba muy limpio y acogedor. En relación con precio-calidad, realmente es una muy buena opción y lo recomiendo ampliamente. El único detalle es que en Expedia se indica que el uso de la lavandería está incluido, pero en realidad no es así. Esto causó un pequeño malentendido entre el anfitrión y yo, por lo que recomiendo confirmar ese punto con anticipación. Aun así, mi experiencia fue muy positiva y definitivamente regresaría a este lugar en mis próximas vacaciones en Puerto Rico.
