Wonderful stay!

We just came back from a 1 week trip to Puerto Rico and stayed at Frances’ place throughout. Loved the location, the safety, the cleanliness and overall experience. Felt like home away from home.

The condo in Rio Grande was right off the main road with easy access to grocery stores, bakeries, Wal-Mart and numerous fast-food restaurants. The complex is very safe and secure with gated entrance. Don’t let the exterior scare you. Inside included updated 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen and living room. Hot water and good pressure in both showers. Individual air conditioners in each bedroom plus ceiling fans. Washer and dryer. Beach towels were appreciated. Frances was a wonderful host and quickly replied to any questions and messages sent.

Great apartment, clean and modern. Good location for exploring.

We made a mistake initially going to the wrong gate / complex. With the help of useful messages from the host quickly sorted that out.The apartment was nicely furnished and had everything we needed. Good location for the Rain Forest and San Juan. Lots of eating options available.Would love to stay there again if we visit the area

Girls Trip!

The condo was nice!! Beautiful view of the mountains! Three nice spacious rooms, the beds were soft and comfortable and the bathrooms were clean! I really enjoyed sitting on the balcony. They even included beach towels! No complaints! The host was great! The location was near many restaurants and a gas station

my daughter weddings

my phone was working properly therefore i was not receiving messages after a hour finally was able to reach the owner and was able to get in the apartment. The property needs painting, these cause bad impression and there are other tenants that lives there that are loud as well. Apartment was clean, a/c good and accomodoations inside the apartment was awesome.

My daughter wedding trip

At the begining it was kind of scary, the condominum of three story apartments the outside is all black seems like it years they haven't paint The inside is very clean and it had what we needed and more. The air condition in all bedrooms were good and all rooms except for one didnt have a ceiling fan. Other than that it was okay. The living room didnt have air condiitoner however it had fans.

The property was gated and there was assigned parking. It was kept clean. The condominium was clean when we walked in. The host even had little 2024 graduation candy for daughter who graduated from a University. However, the water in the on suite bedroom fluctuated from hot to cold. The light in the refrigerator didn't work, the light in one bedroom went a few days before we left. The host Frances was very nice and communicative, just the bedroom light wasn't fixed due schedule fluctuations. Other than that the host Frances was very nice and tried helping us. There's a gas station around the corner, Kentucky fried chicken, a few local stores, etc. Thank you, Madeline

We found our stay very comfortable. There were a number of restaurants nearby including the Luquillo Kiosks. The Ralph’s and Farmcoop were nearby and offered a variety of products at reasonable prices.I also enjoyed the local beauty salon located in the same shopping plaza as Ralph’s.

This was our first time staying at this property and highly recommended it. We were a party of 6 and had 2 cars. It is on the first floor so there is no need to carry heavy luggage or groceries up the stairs. Everything was clean, bedrooms all have AC and the kitchen has everything you need. I did contact the property manager about utensils because I didn’t see the utensil drawer inside the bigger towel drawer and I received a quick message back. The bedrooms were comfortable and clean. There are 2 full size beds in 2 bedrooms, 2 twin beds in another room and 2 bathrooms. We did not use the pool or recreational area but it looked nice. It's off the PR-3, a main highway which was very easy to get off from to get back. My family were happy to stay there and it felt like home to us. It has everything you need near the apartment from fast food restaurants and a Walgreens that you can drive to without getting on the highway or walk there carefully. One thing that you must be aware of is there is only 1 key and beeper so having 2 cars with different plans on certain days was difficult. So we had to always calculate our outings. You can lock the door without the key and leave without the beeper but you need both to return. Also if the other group was out until late they had to call one of us in the apartment to open the gate for them. Parking spaces are narrow compared to where I live, this is a common thing in Puerto Rico in certain areas so keep this in mind.

Family Vacation

The condo was kept clean and was comfortable for us the only thing the bedrooms didn’t have dressers. I would recommend dressers for each room and better clothes hangers. Dressers don’t have to be big to have at least 3 to 4 drawers. Those plastic containers didn’t do it for us very uncomfortable for our clothes. Other than that I would stay there again if needed and if updated with dressers.
