The condo is located in front of the beach and Northeast Ecological Corridor, a natural reserve to the turtles. My apartment is on the second floor (the height create a view like a seven floor apartment).
The apartment was recently renovated: it has two bedrooms and two bathrooms with 2 new mini splits, new kitchen, laundry, appliances, furniture and many other facilities. The main bedroom has its modern private bathroom.

Perfect location for a relaxing vacation

I wanted a relaxing break, close to the sea and this property delivered this and more. Watching the sunrise from the balcony every morning, with the sound of the waves on the beach, was perfect. I loved walking along the beach and the pool was an added bonus. Luis provided everything I needed, including beach chairs and towels and was very responsive with any questions I had. Thanks for a great vacation!

Beach Oasis!

The beach view and hearing the ocean all day was a blessing!! Luquillo is really special and we enjoyed the more quiet local part of Puerto Rico. If you rent a car it’s only 45ish from

Girls Trip!

Took my teens to PR for the first time, Luquillo and our rental was truly the best even during the off season. Luis has a beautiful home and we look forward to visiting again!

Great Puerto Rican vacation

Luis has a great property. The condo has everything we needed for our week in Liquillo and the beach was almost like a private beach. The building itself is in need of some repairs and maintenance, but there are no issues with this condo. Don't judge the neighborhood by first appearances, we had no problems walking around at both day and night.

Perfect place to stay at close to the beach! Great location, safe, close driving to multiple beaches & places to eat. Great views from the balcony! Provided beach chairs, a cooler & towels which is huge! Would stay again & highly recommend for anyone looking in the area!

Cute and cozy, great location and owner is very responsive!

Owner was super responsive and helpful. Location and beach are wonderful. The only downside is, there was a lot of debris and garbage in surrounding apt area.

Would definitely recommend this property as you can't beat the ocean views. Luis was very responsive to messages. Security and the neighbors were all very friendly. Lots to do nearby and the beach accessories were great to have! We enjoyed our stay here

Balcony on top of the surf

Luis is a prompt and thorough communicator as host. Our arrival and settling in was a bit more challenging since we speak no Spanish, but the senior security guard who spoke English was extremely friendly and helpful. The neighborhood approach to the property is a bit discouraging and the buildings are past their prime. One of the two elevators was being repaired throughout our visit. However, the unit itself was very clean, neat, and nicely supplied. We were comfortable there for a four-night stay. And you could practically live on the 2nd floor balcony where the view is magnificent. There are also wonderful beaches just a short drive away.

Great Location, Awesome View

Had few bumps on arrival, easily handled with great communication from host Luis and Ana. Nice, cozy 2 bedroom 2 bath condo with a relaxing view from the balcony. Great location close to our touristy needs with easy access to beach just a few steps away. Neighbors and security on site were friendly and helpful with local places to visit and eat.

Good location

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Luis was very prompt with his communication and the apartment was very clean upon arrival. The check-in process went smoothly and his place is a nice base for your Puerto Rico vacation. Some good options within walking distance and it is close to El Yunque and not too far from the ferry terminal to Culebra. Be sure to check out the arepas stand located between the Walgreens and the Amigo, they are fantastic.

Nice apartment, great location, lots of local culture! Much more of a “local” experience. Very different than San Juan. Great beach for walking, huge waves crashing all day and night made sitting on the balcony incredible.

Stunning Oceanfront View!

Great location, secure, and easy access to many attractions in the area. (El Yunque Rainforest, Islands Culebra and Vieques, Crystal and Virgen beaches.) Also, a variety of great restaurants! The apartment was clean, very comfortable and well equipped ie., cookware, bedding, towels, etc. The private beach, pool and view from the apartment was amazing.

Summer trip 2023

This apartment is lovely. It's perfect for day trips to El Yunque, beautiful beaches, visiting other islands from Fajardo. Mendez, the security guard, is great. The view from the apartment can't be beat. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Amazing Week

We found Luqui beach quite and peaceful- just what you need on a vacation. Luis’s place is as stated, but better. The kitchen has any appliance, dish or tool you need. The view is amazing and the balcony is a great place to start and end your day. Luis responds quickly to emails…the reason I mention the listing is better is because there are beach chairs, beach towels and beach toys as well as a cooler provided. Close to restaurants- our favorite was recommended by Luis La Fonda and within walking distance. We will definitely visit again.

Neighborhood

Overall the stay was great. Armando at the front seat was amazing, very kind, nice, and so sweet. He answered any questions we may have had. The owner of the property was always available to answer questions if we had any. He responded very quickly to emails. He gave good directions on where everything was and gave recommendations of where to go to eat. The only thing is the directions in which the map takes you., you takes you to the slums where you think you are staying, cats everywhere and they think they own the road…they won’t move. Although the apartment was nice the neighborhood was not.
