Amazing property to get a real good experience in PR. It’s not like an hotel where you are pretty much use to, this stay gave me an authentic experience and feel of PR. Beautiful Decor

ROSA by DW was absolutely perfect! I loved the location and the studio was set up beautifully. The decor was well thought out and peaceful. My favorite part was the outdoor shower, it was a dream!! I highly recommend staying there and will hopefully be back!

Great apartment and staff. very much enjoyed the outdoor shower. Our group had booked both units in the building. Units 1 has an indoor toilet and sink and an amazing outdoor shower. It would be nice if they noted Unit 2 has a partially outdoor toilet. Smooth check-in process. The area is in more of a residential area, but the beach and other places are walkable. Easy to Uber around as well. The area may be a bit uncomfortable to walk around at night for solo travelers not used to urban environments.

I recently stayed at ROSA by DW in San Juan, and it was an absolute delight! One of the highlights was the outdoor shower in our room—it felt so refreshing and unique, adding a special touch to our stay. The location of the hotel is ideal, being just a short walk from various top-notch restaurants, which made dining out convenient and enjoyable. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a restful night’s sleep after days of exploring the city. I also really appreciated the in-room amenities, especially the coffee press along with fresh ground coffee, creamer, and raw sugar—it started my mornings off perfectly. Another convenience was the ability to use another DW property to store our bags during a layover. This service was incredibly helpful and made our travel much smoother without any logistical hassles. Overall, I have no complaints—everything about ROSA by DW was impeccable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay in San Juan with some luxury touches that make all the difference

The property is gorgeous and the neighborhood is quiet. Everything is within walking distance, and if you don’t feel like walking an Uber ride costs about $5 to get anywhere that is 15-20 mins away driving.
