The neighborhood did not seem safe, and there were no restaurants in close proximity, so a car is needed. Recommend for those not wanting to stay in Port of Spain. "The Airport Inn is more like a B&B than a hotel. It's quite quaint and pleasant. The hospitality was excellent. We got in after midnight and needed to have milk available for a toddler and they made it happen. The buffet breakfast was quite nice for a complimentary breakfast. And the rooms were spacious and clean. Nothing fancy but it felt very comfortable."
