"The resort is very nice, stuff friendly, the concierge very experienced and helpful. The lady at the reservation wasn’t very nice. I politely asked if we can check in it was around 2 pm, we flew from Chicago and my 72 years old mom was with us but the answer was No, the room is not ready , we will check you in at 3 pm. Not a good customer service. Can do better "

It’s perfect if you want a very quiet holiday without leaving the hotel much as It’s a comfortable and clean hotel with lovely rooftop pool to relax. The only negative is that it’s quite isolated which I hadn’t realised so we spent a lot on travel taxis etc. "
