"House is amazing! 4 couples stayed here for a week as the central location to go to 7 different cites. Perfect central location to travel from. House is GREAT! Hosts are awesome! Simone helped arrange for a cooking class and dinner. It was the best food we ate during the entire two weeks in Italy! If you are coming you definitely want to schedule this! Any small issues quickly addressed by the hosts. Thank you Francesca. We come to Italy pretty often and this house is now on our must stay at list! "

"Hotel Italia was the perfect base for our stay in Siena. Five minutes walk from the station and about 10-15 minutes walk from the centre . The room was clean, comfortable and quiet . Excellent buffet breakfast . Very friendly and efficient staff . Would love to return "

"I would stay here again. The property was stunning and beautifully maintained. Fresh flowers awaited us in the unit. The owner quickly responded to my every question. The weather was colder than expected, and when I asked if we could use the fireplace, wood was delivered to the door. They were also delivered when we asked about ping-pong paddles and balls for the table. Gratzie Simone and Francessea."

"We just spent 7 days in Tuscany with our friends, and it was spectacular. The Belvedere Farmhouse was the perfect spot for 4 of us, but with a third bedroom we could easily have had 6 people. The house is well stocked, the beds are comfortable, and the views are indescribable. The photos on VRBO don’t do this beauty justice. It’s much prettier in person. The communication was great. I highly recommend you hire Kati for cooking and a pasta making class! "

"Our group of four – me, a friend and my two teenage sons – had a wonderful stay at this magical property. The pictures honestly don’t do justice to the sweeping views and the pristine condition of this four-bedroom villa in a multi-home compound. Yes, I said four bedrooms, which are pictured here even though the listing only says there are three. That was a nice surprise so my children didn’t have to share. It’s also a great spot in central Tuscany to tour much of the region. We also so very much appreciated the owner accommodating us when we had two things go wrong – first, I landed in the hospital when we scheduled our original trip so we had to postpone at the last minute. And then travel mishaps when we finally made it had us arriving many hours later than we anticipated, after 10p. So all to say, wonderful host and a special spot I never wanted to leave."
