"The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised by how excellent the interior was. There are several common areas including a full kitchen and all are well maintained and well thought out. Very beautiful."

"This hotel is in the IDEAL location.
Convenience: Right next to the park entrance-which is great for going into the park, but also coming back when you are hot and sandy. If you want to shop souvenirs, no need to go farther than a stones throw away. There is also a private access tunnel to the beach, which, while still a small walk away, was very convenient and we made use of it many times.
Staff: When we arrived, we were greeted warmly and with delicious natural fruit drinks. We arrived early and were accommodated with an early check-in. Over the course of our stay the staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond many times. My husband was not feeling well and one of the staff,Kevin, noticed and offered to make a hydration drink so he could get back on his feet. I can't say enough about how grateful I am to him and how friendly he was in the days after when seeing him around the hotel. Everyone was exceptionally friendly and helpful.
Premises: some of the hotel is dated, but many parts are also renovated-the bathroom in the rooms, for example. But one thing that was always apparent was how clean everything was. The pool especially was an area where you could feel how clean the floor was. Fresh towels and etc were quickly replaced, and there were thoughtful touches that felt nice. The room itself had everything you needed and plenty of space. For the price, location and service, it's hard to beat this place.
Food: is decent and in large portions."
"Overall, the hotel was decent, and the view from the window was beautiful. The water pressure and temperature in the shower were both good. Breakfast was nice with a fairly good variety, and it was lovely to see birds while having breakfast in the morning. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming.
However, the Wi-Fi signal in the room was extremely weak. There was almost no usable internet, which was quite frustrating. The room was also not soundproof at all. We could clearly hear people talking in the next room, and even their snoring.
One thing to keep in mind is that the hotel is located at the top of a mountain, so I would not recommend driving there if you are an inexperienced driver.
Overall, it is fine for a one- or two-night stay, especially if you mainly want to enjoy the views and the surroundings. However, I would not recommend staying for a longer period because the Wi-Fi was simply too poor to be comfortable."
"The hotel is situated on a steep hill, which may pose a challenge for guests with walking difficulties. The rooms are clean, and the staff is friendly. We really enjoyed the family pool; however, it was unfortunately closed for maintenance just two days after our arrival. We were able to use the adult pool, but it was smaller.
The beach is accessible from the hotel, though it requires a long walk. The complimentary breakfast buffet was good with fresh fruit and juice. However, we found the prices on the dinner menu to be a bit expensive compared to other restaurants we visited."
"Everything was perfect from the relaxing rain forest atmosphere at this property to the friendly & helpful staff. This is not the first stay at Si Como No nor will it be the last they go above and beyond to make sure u have a comfortable stay."
"Adorable igloos near the entrance to Manuel Antonio Park. Very clean, loved the breakfast and pool. Great beach close by and mini market across the street. A little rustic, but cute, with all comforts and everything worked well. Amazing friendly staff, we loved Emmy our waitress, she was so helpful!"
