It was a quick layover as we traveled further into Mexico by car. It’s a beautiful hotel inside and out. The room was really pretty and the bed was comfy. The staff was very nice and the parking was free.

Nice property with a beautiful building and gardens, you can enjoy the patio in a relax atmosphere, feeling safe and secure. My only recommendation will be to change the carpets, at lease the one in my room was too old and feel dirty.

The historical property was nice looking exteriorly, the lobby and pool area. Staff was very professional and kept short and cold. The initial room we received smelled so bad like mold I instantly got a headache. I went to the front desk and complained and asked for a room change. The manager told me they were aware and the hotel was in the process of making changes but that everyone room would be the same. She wasn’t too happy about me asking. We got to look at another room and it was better but the carpet was still Terrible. This room didn’t have a balcony like the initial one but it was the same price. The cords to the lamps were wrapped with duct tape used as repairing mechanism. The tub was a broken down jacuzzi that they added a non- movable shower head that I had to lean forward to shower as it wasn’t long enough and I had to climb into the tub. The vent to heater shot air from the wall straight to our bed and it was full of dust…
