"Extremely friendly and accommodating staff. The location was superb for a central Venice stay. Room was well furnished and the aircon was appreciated as you'd need the windows closed as you are very central; noise from tourists outside in the evening. Not a criticism of the hotel. We didn't try breakfast but the bar was happy to brings drinks and nibbles to the room."

The location couldn’t be better—perfectly situated near the train station, Old Town, and the lake, making it incredibly convenient for exploring everything the area has to offer while still feeling tucked away and charming. Their recommendations, assistance with bookings, and clear directions were flawless and made navigating the area effortless. They also recommended National Fitness Center for an amazing massage and wellness experience. We had a massage there and also enjoyed the sauna, steam, and freeze room experience—such a treat—and you can purchase a day pass, which makes it very accessible. Overall, this was a wonderful stay, and I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, charm, and an unbeatable location."

"Internet constantly drops and pillows like a flat hard pancake! Walls very thin ! My solo room bathroom was extremely small ! Not good for a big or tall person -barely fit between sink and toliet to use toliet ! I am small person ! "
