10/10 stay! The host was incredibly responsive and communicated clearly throughout. The property was easy to find, the Wi-Fi was strong, and the atmosphere was so peaceful. I only stayed one night, but I already wish it had been longer! The cherry on top was the complimentary snack basket—a thoughtful touch that made the stay even more special. Swipe to see the view from the bed… absolutely beautiful!

Beautiful property. Beautiful people.

Super close to everything. Room was absolutely beautiful. The concert that was there was incredible.

Nice

Filtered water was amazing. Very nice staff. Super helpful with directions, transport, ideas on plans. Beautiful location.

The room was clean and comfortable. Only issue we has was the hot water did not always work very well at all times. We thought we where getting a mountain view and we did not.

An amazing place!!! Johann and gabby go out the way to make the whole experience personal and unique. The view is simply spectacular from every room-be it the bar, bedroom, living room or even the restrooms!!!!

Very nice hotel and close to everything!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Aviva. Rooms were really great with unique touches. The bed was probably the best I ever had. Great coffee service and lots of little lovely details. We were always addressed by our name and Adam went above and beyond offering advice. Best breakfast by far in the area. Still a little of the beaten path.

Absolutely stellar views, excellent staff, easy to communicate with. Their website offers FAQ’s which are extremely helpful in figuring things out. I drove to Panajachel and they booked a boat for me late night for my arrival and were excellent at communicating where to go, what to do, etc. There are many stairs to climb once you arrive at the hotel.

Beautiful view, clean and cozy cabin. The host is very nice and responsive.

Breathtaking hotel.

They were very accommodating and upgraded our room and had the tiniest most adorable kitten on site that became our best friend! Very well priced and will be back with friends in the future .

It's a beautiful place in a beautiful village. Walking distance from the lake and local marketplace. Great fresh local food everywhere and ferrys or private boat rides to other villages. Inside parking and terrace is a plus.

Jenna's B&B was an excellent place to stay! The views here of the lake and the volcanoes were so beautiful and the place truly felt like home. Our villa was comfortable and clean. We were provided with fresh linens and fresh water daily. The staff was EXCEPTIONAL! Yvan and Andrea really helped us get our plans organized and helped us get around to the different towns, making plans for us while we were there. They are both extremely communicative and friendly and without a doubt helped to...
