"We enjoyed the location of the room with a view of the mountains and the slopes. What was so disappointing was that we were only there for 2 days/one night. When we went to check in (right at check-in time) they said the room was not ready yet and to come back in 20 minutes. Came back in 25 minutes and they state the room still isn't ready and it will be at least another hour. We asked if there was anyway to switch us to a different room because we were only staying one night and they said...

"Overall our experience was positive, best things being: -breakfast was amazing, they had so many different things to try that you would need to stay a week to try everything (including freshly squeezed juice) - price was good for the room - cleanliness and turndown service was good The girl at the breakfast was very polite and friedly as well, she was only doing a summer job there however she spoke more english than the rest of the hotel staff. The only negative review would be reception...
