"The house including our room and bathroom were clean. The host was also nice. We were lucky that we met the host when we arrived as they were ready to leave when we arrived. If we hadn't met them, we wouldn't have any place to stay for the night. Unfortunately, we were charged another fee by the host nearly as high as what we initially paid with the reasoning that there was a mistake on Expedia and that they didn't work with them anymore. "We had an amazing time. The hotel decor was like stepping into the kings palace. A step back in time. Very beautifully presented with modern facilities. The bathroom was amazing and morning breakfast was even better. Fresh food with all your delicatessen items, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, croissants, freshly squeezed juices and even had a barrister making us cappuccino etc. The accommodation comes with pool access and very close to Bassano Dal Grappa. Afternoon manager even picked us up from the local train station Rossano Veneto. A must visit when you are in the North of Italy just before heading to Venice."
