The building with elevator is located in the area of Lido dei Pini, very close to the pinewood that leads to Pluto’s beach and to the Promenade of Lido dei Pini.
Our lovely three-room apartment is located on the ground floor with garden and it is ideal for 4/5 guests The apartment has a living room with a single sofa bed, an equipped kitchen, a dishwasher, a TV, a washing machine, air-conditioning, a microwave, 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with a bunk bed, 1 bathroom with a shower curtain, a covered patio and a numbered and covered parking space in the basement.

° Not included - Mandatory to be paid in cash on site:
-Tourist tax: 1.15eur per person per day applies to all guests aged 4 and above.
