New three-room apartment located in a first class residence with a large swimming pool, approx. 600m from the beach. It consists of a large living room with a single sofa bed, equipped kitchenette, 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom 2 single beds, complete bathroom with shower, terrace with private garden furniture. Plus modern amenities like A/C, Sat-tv, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and parking space.

° Excluded - Mandatory:
-Security deposit: 100eur to be paid in cash upon arrival at the agency. The security deposit will be returned at the check-out, after the apartment inspection.
-City tax: it is required to be paid upon arrival in cash. It is 1,15eur per night per person for a maximum of 10 nights (children under 4 years are exempt).

-Bed linen: 8eur person/stay
-1 towel for the shower: 5eur person/stay

The swimming pool is open seasonally (from mid June to early September). The exact opening and closing dates may vary between the different residences and depend on the weather conditions. Beahost Rentals cannot be held responsible for closures due to major reasons or for maintenance services, according to the law. The use of the pool cap is mandatory.

You can relax on the beach under an umbrella or practice many types of sports such as tennis, beach tennis and beach volleyball, as well as many water sports such as kayaking, windsurfing, canoeing, sailing, paraflying, water skiing and fishing.
