"The hotel was beautifully clean and right next to the beach. The staff were exceptionally helpful, we arrived early and they let us have early check in and even help ourselves to the breakfast from that morning. We even had a lift to the airport from Patricia when there wasn't a taxi available - super helpful! Each day we were able to have an umbrella and two sunbeds bought down to the beach for us which was fantastic, the beach is about 3 minutes away from the hotel and has lovely golden...

"This hotel says it has a 24hr desk in the info. We arrived at 10pm and there was nobody there. Nobody answered the buzzer or the phone. When we contacted hotels.com they said they could not reach the hotel and could not confirm that we didn't stay there, so they refused to give us a refund... even though we booked another hotel the same night from hotels.com. I was expecting a sincere apology but instead have to go through the trouble of disputing this with my credit card. Crazy."

They lived just across an olive grove from the Trullo and were very responsive with all questions. The Trullo is just as advertised. It is a unique property, well equipped and maintaining its historical character which included low doorways - watch your head ! We spent more time in the outdoor patio / pool area, including cooking some meals on the outdoor stove. It is a lovely and...
