"Amazing location and great property. The courtyard is lovely and the property is spacious. We had 5 people (3 adults, 2 children) and had plenty of room. The bathroom water pressure & hot water was amazing (sounds like a small thing until you check out other plumbing in the area). We were there the week before Dia de Los Muertos, so it was loud,but we got used to it. "

"We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house. It was a great location (an easy 15 minute walk to the zocalo). We were greeted by the host on arrival and communication throughout the stay was easy. The house itself is clean and stunningly decorated with local handicrafts. The kitchen was fully equipped and we enjoyed leisurely mornings drinking our coffee around the large kitchen table. The house is even more lovely in real life than in pictures and listing was accurate, but one thing to be aware...

"The property is large and can easily accommodate a large group. Housekeeper and groundskeeper were thorough and attentive. Kitchen was stocked with continental breakfast items and coffee. The facility was private and secure. Neighborhood was on a main bus route so it’s a little noisy. Nearby restaurants are a block or two away and are excellent.Mattresses were hard. Overall, it was a great place to stay for downtown events!"

"Lovely clean home walkable to the zocalo along the walking street. We were met at the house upon arrival and everything was explained. Any requests we made during our stay were promptly dealt with. Exceptional views from the roof deck. Plenty of water for our needs. Very workable kitchen. Excellent experience!!!! "

"Good stay in a beautiful house close to a large gighway"

"Staying at this house was one of our best decisions on our recent trip to Oaxaca. Tlalatlaco is a nice, safe neighborhood that is a short walk to the Zocalo. Our hosts, Mercedes and Jeorg, were very responsive. The bed was comfortable, everything was very clean, and the solar water heater supplied the best hot water of any place we've stayed in Mexico! This is a perfect place for a couple or small family. The house is close to good coffee shops, restaurants, and a place to have your laundry...
