Food and drinks are good! Yummy cocktails! Rooms are pretty spacious but the bed we had are twin beds that keeps moving apart. Quite worried as my little one sleeps in the middle and always end up having one arm in between the beds. But toilet and balcony are really a bonus. Enjoyed the stay a lot. Pools are good in the late afternoon as you can have a lot of sun bed available. Entertainment are okay. Pretty standard with evening shows. But not a lot for junior guests.

The property was very clean throughout, always a sun bed available. The drains in the hotel has funky smell, also had a leak during our stay. Food is not as bad as everyone says but also with no salt or spices mostly so very bland, mostly fish. Some days the restaurant got very busy as it’s not as big, had to find leftover food and scrape as it wasn’t topped up towards the end of service, one morning didn’t even have a clean table to sit down so had to walk around with food for a long time. Snack bar snacks were not bad if they would be hot, they would just cook it and leave it to get cold, sometimes I saw chips sitting cooked for a few hours and that obviously becomes stale. For our age group the entertainment was pretty bad too, music during disco was some old songs and mostly Spanish. There are lots of programmes for exercising like yoga, pilates, volleyball, water gym. We liked the quieter pool by building 4 as it was heated and can have very nice dip even if it’s breezy. There is no beach that looked safe to swim by the hotel, all mostly rocky so we didn’t go there. The walk around the coastal path is nice though. There is couple of exits of the hotel towards the coastal path that took us all week to figure out as there is no signs. Got lost few times too as no maps available. All in all I wouldn’t come back. When we checked out our pick up was in about 1.5h so we hanged around the hotel, the reception told our driver that we are gone so we missed a transfer.

Very disappointing...

If you can only afford this hotel at the moment, please save up for another year! We are an American family that picked this "all-inclusive" resort because of its 7.6-ish rating and reasonable price. After our stay, we would rate it a 4 out of 10. Food quality was very poor and choices were geared toward a British diet...very little Spanish or Canarian influence. Coffee was terrible (not fresh, instant) and did not live up to European or American standards...not at all. The event staff was awesome, but the front desk and other resort staff were hit or miss + lacked integrity (giving one excuse to some guests and another excuse to others). There were up-charges for things like extra room keys, pool towels and WiFi - which could only be relied upon by sitting in the lobby. My husband was using said WiFi in lobby and was robbed of a large amount of €€€. His money was right next to him when a woman approached wanting help with directions (classic theft ploy) and within minutes her partner and she were gone. When we went to the front desk to report it, they had no security cameras at the entrance to monitor comings and goings...and the management never checked in on us...even after the police had come and gone to help us file a report. We didn't expect the hotel to comp us or pay us back, but at the very least show some concern, as this happened in their property. Nothing. Bottom line - find another option, even if you have to pay more - Tenerife is a beautiful island!

Hotelli oli iso mutta se ei haitannut .Siisti ja rauhallinen huone päärakennuksessa.Kylpyhuone oli iso. Ruokalajeja löytyi varmasti jokaisen makuun,joskin mielestäni oli paljon kalaa tarjolla. Jälkiruoat olivat mahtavia. Kaikki siivojat eivät noudattaneet hotellin omaa suositusta ympäristön säästämiseksi,vaan pyyhkeet vaihdettiin vaikka ne eivät olleet lattialla.Siitä miinus. Iltaviihteeseen emme osallistuneet.

All-inclusive hotelli jossa ruoka on ala-arvoista, kylmää ja mautonta. Mainostavat että heillä on 7 ravintolaa mutta on vain yksi buffet. Ei kannata maksaa all-inclusive jos joutuu kuitenkin syömään jossain muualla. Valtavat jonot myös baarissa jossa saat odotella juomia todella pitkään. Liian vähän henkilökuntaa asiakasmäärään nähden. Huoneet tilavat ja juuri remontoitu. Wifi huono.

Ei todellakaan ole 4 tähden hotelli. Huoneet on uusittu ja ovat hyvät mutta hotellin ruoka aivan ala-arvoista. Valtavat jonot joka paikkaan, ruoka kylmää ja mautonta. Vain yksi ravintola jossa syödä. Baarissa jono valtava. Lomasta meni iso aika jonottamiseen. Wifi heikko.

Helnöjd åker gärna tillbaka.

Bra boende där det fanns poler för stora och små. Där fanns olika aktiviteter att sysselsätta sig om man så önska. Ville man bara sola fanns det många solstolar att tillgå. Samt parasoll om man önska skugga. För ett vara ett all inclusive hotell var mat och dryck helt ok. Personalen var trevlig och tillmötesgående. Man var mån om att hålla rent och snyggt. Rummet fanns inget att klaga på. Vi hade "My favorite club". Det får var och en värdera om det är värt pengarna. Vi var iallafall nöjda. Busshållplats finns i närheten om man vill åka på utflykt.

A mi me ha encantado pero si tuviera algunas cosas que salvar diría. Las sombrillas son muy pocas y la gente las tiene por tenerlas, aunque las tengan cerradas te dicen que la utilizarán y tú y tus peques te quedarás sin opción de sombra. Al menos para mí que sufro de lupus y estando con mi bebé de 10 meses, no nos hizo gracia no conseguir una sombrilla pero nos apañamos con una nuestra. La comida está muy bien pero hay demasiadas moscas en el lugar por lo que siempre sobre las comidas en un sitio u otro están expuestas y sin control. Hacer colas en el Bar es muy pesado, ojalá tuvieran más opciones de Bar para distribuir a la gente y no hacer esas colas tan largas. Entendiendo que es un todo incluido, son cositas que pasas por alto, pero la de las sombrillas si sería para revisar.

Das an sich schön gelegene und optisch ansprechende Hotel ist angeblich in 2022 renoviert worden. Davon sieht man stellenweise aber nicht viel. Zudem wird noch weiterhin in der Anlage gearbeitet, was aber vorab nicht ersichtlich war. Zudem ist (wohl wegen Personalmangel) ein Buffetrestaurant und eine Bar geschlossen, so dass alle Gäste in ein Buffetrestaurant gezwungen werden. Die höchste Buchungsklasse "My Favorite Club" soll einen "eigenen Bereich" im Buffetrestaurant zur Verfügung habe, der aber in hintersten Eck abgelegen liegt und keine Sicht- oder Schallschutz zum restlichen Restaurant verfügt. Ein angeblich "ganzjähriger beheizter Pool" ist wohl der Innenpool, alle Außenpools waren kalt. Obwohl all-inkl muss für Handtücher am Pool eine Pfandgebühr in Bar an der Rezeption hinterlegt werden. Die Hotel App enthält entweder keine oder falsche Informationen zu Öffnungszeiten und Speisen-Angebot. Dass in den Zimmern Schränke auch innen gereinigt werden können, scheint dem Personal unbekannt zu sein. Einmal nach der Zimmerreinigung war eine Lampe zerstört, diese wurde bis zur Abreise nicht ausgewechselt. Fazit: wenn das Hotel wegen Personalmangel nicht den vollen Leistungsumfang bieten kann, dann sollte es auch nicht den vollen Preis verlangen. Ich kann das Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen

La comida de buffe mala calidad y siempre igual.La habitacion sucia y con goteras. En uno de los pasillos caian aguas negras del techo, un olor espamtoso al lado de la piscina.Sin actividades para niños. Se ofertan unos restautantes que no son tal, y con poco aforo. Se salva en trato de los trabajadores qie siempre fueron amables y attentos.

La habitación del hotel era muy cómoda, espaciosa y moderna, al igual que el baño. Se nota que ha sido reformado hace poco. El buffet es variado. En mi opinión la zona de la piscina es lo que menos puedo destacar, ya que no dispone de jardines y tampoco es que sea muy grande.

Las habitaciones están bastante aceptables, en general todo muy bien, en especial la atención del personal de recepción. Lo que no gustó es la capacidad de clientes y el poco espacio en la zona de piscinas, pero lo peor, que no disponían de suficientes parasoles.
