"I loved this property. The free guided walks are amazing. I saw sleeping frogs and humming birds and learned so much about the plant life and also the history of the lodge. Edward was a great guide! The breakfast was tasty and the room was immaculate. My kids appreciated the pool. I just loved walking the grounds and the view from the restaurant. Fantastic place and would recommend a stay here."

"Our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teens) stayed for 3 nights and had a wonderful experience. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Rooms were well maintained and had an authentic feel, although the shower was a bit difficult to keep at a consistent temperature. Beds were comfy. Pool was a bit chilly. The location was a bit of a drive from Arenal and La Fortuna, so I was glad that we had rented a vehicle to get around. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would certainly recommend to others looking to stay in the area. "

The "villa" was stunning, clean, well appointed and nestled in the magical landscape in such a way that it felt like we were alone in the forest. "Camino Verde is, to me, a true no-hassle "Bed and Breakfast" place where it gives you a nice and clean place to sleep and have a neat breakfast which is made for order by some friendly staff. We are a family of five and the room we got has two clean beds plus a bunker bed, enough for us. The onsite kitchen is a nice surprise as it not only offers made-to-order breakfast but allows you to use it if you wish. The downtown is walkable from the premise with a variety of good restaurants. I highly recommend it. "
