Great new, a bit of a small place for the weekend. New amenities, new room, must be a newly constructed little hotel. Small walkable space in room but cozy. A bit hard to contact staff because frontdesk is outsourced, someone from afar handles your questions. We experienced latency issue. They also only accept check-ins around 3pm.

The room was clean.
My problem is the hotel seems to be losing the charm it once had since it has been taken over by Hilton.
This was my 3rd stay at the property and unfortunately my least favorite. I hope they can restore the charm as well as remodel and update some of the hotel.

I like that the staff was friendly and helpful. Im not sure if they had sewer problems because in some areas it smelled like pee. The place needs some remodeling.

"First off, check-in was weird. The owner told us a power outage a few days ago wiped out his key card machine, so he couldn't give us keys because replacement was still on order, that we'd have to just find him and he'd let us in to our room. Don't really understand how temporarily losing power destroys ..."
