"The hotel was excellent! Very clean, modern, and had all the amenities required for a comfy stay. The location was very easy to access via public transport from the airport. It’s in the heart of downtown so it’s very easy to walk around to all the attractions that San Fran has to offer. Bonus: it’s right next to the trolley station so you get great access to it. We loved it here! "

"Surprised that no one told us about the hotel airport shuttle. Also, hotels webpage says there is a concierge. There is not, but front desk did try to give us directions. Person who helped us get taxis – – believe his name was Kenneth or Keith– – was excellent! Housekeeping also did a wonderful job!"
