"Tranquil setting for a relaxing stay, resort is very close to the Ferry station. Nothing to do at OPacifico but to rest, relax, enjoy natural beauty. Pool and Restaurant are an oasis. Rooms are comfortable and clean, outdoor porch. Enjoy "

"The grounds are beautiful! Upon arriving we were greeted with a yummy refreshing drink. Had enough space to hold our large group. Food at the complimentary breakfast buffet was very good! Pool was lovely, super close to the Carrillo beach and Samara beach. Saw beautiful red macaws at Playa Carrillo. Would definitely stay again! "

"It is a very beautiful property with amazing views!
The staff was very friendly. They were constantly cleaning.
The food was great and reasonably priced. (We have had a hard time with finding good food for a good price in the previous places we stayed.
The beach was incredible!
It is a a tough drive on gravel would recommend a 4 wheel drive with good tires. We had a small car and had to go very slow. There is three creeks that need to be crossed we were okay because it is the dry hot season."

"Hung up in unbelievable traffic in Santa Cruz, I was not able to check into the hotel until 7 AM the next day when they reopened. So I don't have the overnight experience one expects.
That said, the room was very clean, the shower had good hot water, and I did get a morning nap on the bed. Fort7nately, it is off the road a bit. But noise carries and young Costa Ricans love their motorcycles. So if you are super noise sensitive that might bother you, but the traffic is really light on that...

"Everything was beautiful. Jorge was pleasant and friendly at check-in so personable. He showed us to our room and made sure we knew how everything worked. The room was large, clean, and the decor was perfect. The pool and grounds were impeccable . We will be sure to stay here again and tell our friends. "
Luxury Oceanfront View Villa with Chef, Housekeeping and Concierge Services
10/10 Excellent
"We had an amazing trip. It felt like a once in a lifetime vacation. The villa was beautiful and the view was breathtaking. Everything was very clean and Alex and Jenny were great! We took advantage of meals being prepared every day and it was so nice to sit around the table with the beautiful backdrop and wonderful food. All of us, ages 5 to 75 enjoyed the pool daily. "

"We can’t say enough about our stay. Millie and Vincent are incredible and took such care to make sure our stay was perfect. The room was immaculate and the grounds are gorgeous. Short walk or car ride to amazing restaurants and a gorgeous beach. The only bad part was leaving! We will be back!"
Breathtaking ocean view Villa, surrounded by peace and nature!
10/10 Excellent
"A fantastic vacation home for a multi-generation family that likes the option to self cater. The patio has stunning views and outdoor living areas. The house is well equipped with BBQ and beach gear. The caretaker staff are super attentive and nearby to help with any questions you might have about the home or area. The host is super helpful and very communicative. If you love living outdoors with inside comfort and a large group, this is an excellent choice! We’ll definitely be back! 10. "
Villa Jalapa Costa Rica - Secluded Family Beach House Amazing View Private Pool
10/10 Excellent
"Magical. It takes some time to get to the Villa and be aware the roads are not paved or flat. All wheel drive helped a lot. the trips is worth it though. If you are looking for nightlife and action. this is not the best choice. If you are looking for tranquility and a truly immersive Costa Rica experience this place is perfect. The people in town were great and everywhere we ate was delicious. We were also lucky enough to have the caretaker Lisbeth make a few dinners and she is a great cook. Diego was a very responsive host and Lisbeth was always there to help with questions and tips. We saw monkeys and coati on property and macaws and parrots flying overhead. the kids loved having private spaces and the pool and living/ dining areas were great spaces to come together. Samara is about a 35 minute drive for tours, food and more great beaches. Would recommend 100%"
