Excellent customer focused staff and very clean room and communal areas. Partial sea view from room. No on site parking so finding a nearby car parking space is problematic in high season. Nevertheless the less highly recommended small hotel.

Friendly ,well located hotel

Stayed for 2 nights. A very clean, comfortable and well run hotel. Situated in a side street just a few metres from the sea front of Lo Pagan. We would stay again.

Only stayed for one night but would definitely stay again and recommend to others. Right on the seafront and walkable to all amenities of the resort and town. Parking can be somewhat difficult during busy periods, first time we parked we were on the next street, the second time we parked was a 4 minute walk away so not far. The lady on reception was super friendly and accommodating and made lots of recommendations for exploration of the area. Overall a lovely stay at Hotel Alaska!

Very good location, near the beach and sea promenade, cafes. Attentive staff. We got a free upgrade to a larger room and were able to park our car in front of the hotel. I'll come back.

Basic but clean

Basic hotel but very clean with fantastic staff. Bring your own toiletries, the supplied ones were tiny sachets and barely lasted a shower for one person. I would stay again if the price was right. No English tv channels but why should they?

Little gem with a big but!

This is a lovely little hotel in an ideal position for beach, dining & walking. The manager is ultra helpful. But, and it’s a big but the hotel is opposite a building site!! Work began at 7am & continued through the day - except for siesta. The noise was heard on the beach as well as in the rooms. Our balcony looked onto the site. It’s a great shame - we would return in a heartbeat if the building work was finished!

The photos on the website did not really relate to the room we stayed in, it says that all rooms have a patio or outside balcony. Our room only had a window and we were facing other accommodation and the room was very noisy you could hear everything in the corridors. Only one spare plug socket which isn’t terrible but could have done with two. Bathroom very outdated with a very old shower head. Was ok for the price you pay but I think it was false advertising regarding the room

We hadden parking gevraagd! Maar bij aankomst was onze plaats gedeektelijk in beslag genomen door andere auto! Daardoor konden wij onze auto op straat parkeren en was de bediende aan de balie onvriendelijk! Personeel aan de balie heeft ons wel vriendelijk te woord gestaan!

Séjour famille

Nous passons un excellent séjour à l’hôtel Aleska en famille, avec mes enfants et ma mère. L’établissement est propre, très bien situé, ce qui est un vrai plus pour découvrir la région sans stress. Le service est impeccable, toujours réactif et attentif, et surtout, les personnes qui y travaillent sont chaleureuses et accueillantes, ce qui rend l’ambiance encore plus agréable. On s’y sent vraiment bien, en confiance et détendus. Une belle adresse que je recommande sans hésiter, aussi bien pour un séjour en famille qu’en couple.
