"The guy receptionist was very nice, polite and did the best he could to help. The included breakfast was delicious and the waiter was attentive. The issue we had was that when we got back to the hotel room on Sunday evening, tired and dying for a shower, the room was not clean, we had no cleaned towels, garbage wasn’t picked up, etc. We were told that there is no cleaning staff during the weekend. I wished they would have been upfront about the lack of cleaning service on weekends."
