"This property is located in the middle of a homeless camp. I did not feel safe taking me and my kids out at night and consequently avoided the area for most of our stay."

"The area during the day is nice but at night it’s not a safe area, all you pay for is the view but the hotel can use lots of remodeling, for the price they charge I’m sure they could afford some renovations."

"Thank you Pam and James for offering your home for a safe stay! It was so nice, clean and way better than any hotel rooms. Amazing experience. Just WOW!!! Highly recommend. We will definately be back when we are back in LA. I give it 10 stars out of 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"People partying in the back next day the whole place smelled like Marijuana elevator reeked of alcohol"

"Perfect place "

"This place is a gem. Would’ve rated it 5 stars but we came across a hiccup at arrival. We were provided the check in instructions which we followed. Upon arrival we never received any notification of our unit number. Thankfully security was on site and was able to assist us. Overall we really enjoyed our visit. Will be returning. "
