"WOW! The villa was even better than in photos. We did not speak the same language as the hosts, but they did absolutely everything they could to make our stay perfect! We hosted our wedding here with 21 people, including ourselves. I couldn't have asked for anything better. The venue, food, vendors, etc. were just wonderful. If you're on the fence about this listing, this is your sign to book it! "

"The villa was lovely, equipped well for cooking and quintessentially Tuscan. The host was super friendly, accessible,quickly replied to questions, and provided very helpful sightseeing tips for places to see. The pool was very welcome after a day of sightseeing. Parking was safe but very tight due to narrow drive and limited spaces. The location was very remote and the bumpy road up is not paved the entire way, has some switchbacks and one way spots, so you need an appropriate vehicle. No access to restaurants without a drive. Washing machine was in a basement under the villa with access to outside clothes line. The one hairdryer in the house did not work, except in the kitchen due to plug issues. The villa is tranquil but very rural. Loved the daily visit of the owners dog Nepo who adopted us. We had a good time during our week there."

"When I dreamt of visiting Tuscany, Villa Olivi was what I dreamt of. It was perfect for our friends and us. The views are incredible, and the house was very comfortable and accommodating. As withers have expressed, there is one tight squeeze going up the hill in a car, but otherwise the whole experience was magical."

"We left a big piece of our collective hearts in Treppignana! The massive, rustic building was perfect for our family group. When you travel a long way (Canada and Norway) it’s great to be impressed and that we were! Everyone was kind and accommodating to us. It was a very personal experience. We had the pizza chef come to feed us one evening. This is most highly recommended. I got pretty good at driving the road up to the palazzo but I recommend two things: at first, don’t do it in the dark, and be sure to rent a narrow, sturdy vehicle. Overall a 10/10 unforgettable experience. "
