"E' una casa unica e, contestualizzata, il top. Arrivo: Google Maps è impreciso. Attivati alla meta, ti chiede di svoltare a dx, invece mantenete la stessa sponda e girate dopo 50 m. Agibilità: l'accesso è un po' sconnesso, consigliato a chi ha buone gambe. Casa: è arredata con stile e accuratezza. Non si è lesinato sull'impiantistica che è all'avanguardia. Pompe di calore ok. Wifi ok. Riscaldamento a termosifoni: insufficiente e soprattutto va acceso ben prima: in ingresso 14 gradi. Dotazioni...

"Sehr schön eingerichtetes Rustico, nördlich von Pisa und Lucca. Anfahrt ca. 11km den Berg hoch etwas abenteuerlich. Und auf Mücken sollte man vorbereitet sein. Ansonsten perfekt für die persönliche Auszeit mit kleinem Budget, aber auch für die Teenie-Gruppenfahrt. Man stört keinen und hat selbst seine Ruhe. Mega Aussicht auf die Bucht von Livorno/Viareggio. Super Wandermöglichkeiten. Sehr herzlicher Empfang von Mauro."

"Very nice house! Beautiful big garden, completely private. The house is big with a bit of a strange layout (like two kitchens) but also two bathrooms. The owners welcomed us very friendly. It was just a bit difficult to communicate: unfortunately we don't speak Italian. The house was difficult to find because the location data (like the GPS coordinates) are in the village and not of the house. The correct data are: 43.939180, 10.416290"

"We spent 3 wonderful weeks in Patrizia's house with our 2 kids. It became ours as soon as we entered and dropped our suitcases. The decoration is very nice, cosy and the house is very functional. Patrizia has thought about every little details. A big thanks to Gianluca, who waited for us at Lucca the first day of our arrival and took the time to show us around for the various commodities. We enjoyed as well Rossana's good advice for the surroundings and addresses, Daniela's and her husband...

"Absolutely wonderful. It was what I imagined a Tuscan Villa would be and more. It is private with spectacular views. The inside is roomy and comfortable with beautiful vaulted wood ceilings throughout. The kitchen was well equipped with everything I could think of. The pool is great with a gate that keeps children safe. The terraces with cushioned seating were perfect for lounging. The beds were very comfortable. Nice washer and clothes line. Highly recommend."
