Sicilia, at the front desk, deserves $1 million.!! she was the sweetest and most helpful person ever! The check-in was fabulous with great communication, even sending us our bus pass so we would have free transportation to the hotel.. the only potential problem, I did not see an air conditioner.. we did not need it so I cannot confirm there was one there, but I did not see one, which could be a problem if you happen to go and it was hot. There was an elevator, in the room was fairly large for European standards."

It is in a prime location for exploring Secada and Aple Di Susi, and took us about 50 minutes by car. The breakfast starts at 07:30am which allows plenty of time. Would definitely recommend!"
