"We enjoyed our week vacation with friends at this beautiful villa. The location was perfect for our day trips to several of the surrounding towns. We had several meals outside on the large patio with expansive views of the Umbrian countryside. The two houses provided lots of room and privacy for all of the couples. Franca served us two amazing home cooked dinners. We wish we could have had her cook more of our meals. I would highly recommend this wonderful Villa for a vacation with friends...

"This was truly a trip of a lifetime and staying at this Villa was the smartest I ever made. We were a group of 24; one toddler, and the rest aged 18-70. The property and villa was immaculate. "We were a party of 14 adults who arrived during a thunder storm. The owner was there to meet us, show us around and advise on dinner etc. The surrounding view and area is stunning, peaceful and in the countryside. The rooms are large with en suites. The kitchen is more than adequate for self catering. This property is a must, thank you for letting us stay."
