"We loved our stay in Torre del Mago - a spacious and beautiful villa with expansive gardens, pool, and stunning panoramic countryside views. Gian is a very warm and friendly host, extremely helpful offering many suggestions for where to visit, recommendations for local restaurants, which for our stay included a fun night at a local village Marcellano, for their special Vin Canta festival event, where we enjoyed fabulous local food, wine and live music. The villa is very well equipped, and in a...

"We had a fantastic 3-week stay in this house near the hilltop town of Todi. It’s a big place with generous space for a big group, lots of bathrooms and three sitting rooms. There are ample dishes, saucepans and cutlery for big meals and comfortable places to sit outdoors. The views are stunning and the garden is magical at night when the trees are lit up. The housekeeper Mila is always around looking after the place and providing useful tips on pizza restaurants and bus timetables. All in all,...

"The pictures do not do the villa justice. It is absolutely magical with olive, cherry, lemon and mulberry trees and beautiful flowery gardens. Gaetano and his lovely wife Clara were incredible hosts going over and above for us every chance they got including making dinner reservations and driving us to and from the restaurant! My heart is with Villa Pian del Rocchio and I would 100% recommend this beautiful location to anyone planning to visit Italy! "

"Soggiorno meraviglioso in una villa bellissima, curata un tutti i particolari con camere tutte dotate di bagno, cucina super professionale in una campagna stupenda con piante e verde ben curato. Abbiamo soggiornato per il ponte dei morti per cui, nonostante il tempo ottimo non abbiamo usufruito di piscina e sauna."

"We had a great stay in the villa, which has a large pool, great view and a big house. A perfect spot!"

"I would thoroughly recommend this villa. It was extremely well equipped. Everything was brand new and spotlessly clean. The decoration is a mix of modern and traditional. It is very functional. Matteo the host is very attentive. He was available via what’s app and telephone for the duration of our stay. He couldn’t have been more helpful, his responses were prompt. He couldn’t do enough for you. The pool is fantastic. The perfect size and temperature. Matteo came and cleaned it half way through...

"i spent 3 weeks in the property, and all i can say is how fantastic it was, everything from the location, to the way that i was welcomed by Alberto and Karen. They both were so helpful and informative of the area, and really made my stay a pleasure. Although they live on site it really did not impact my privacy as they were both so cautious not to impact the holiday. However when invited for an aperitivo we spent some hours discussing multiple topics and they both were an absolute joy to have...
