Location l, but very convenient drive to Spoleto. I had a private room off the main house, only issue was the bathroom was dated but still clean and functional. Gorgeous view of the lower valley.

We stayed at this beautiful air conditioned apartment 1 night. Very clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable mattress. Great location, in walking distance to the city, shops and restaurants and close to the bus and train station. The host was very friendly and helpful with instructions to find the apartment. We loved our stay here. The property is beautifully maintained and our room was comfortable and clean. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly and the Town Center with shops and restaurants is a short walk away. The breakfast each morning was delicious with many options available.

Our hosts were very friendly and super responsive over What’s App (they were also patient as there was a language barrier). They were very flexible with our schedule for breakfast time. Their space was clean and very home-like. My husband and I would 100% recommend.
