"Wow! This house truly captured our imagination! After spending time in Rome and Assisi, my husband found this gem for our family to have a few days to reflect on everything we had seen before heading home. After renting two cars at the Perugia airport, we drove to the house and picked up groceries at a supermarket along the way. We used our apartment as our base of operations to explore the city and the Umbria region for nearly a full month. This was exactly what we had hoped for. "Daniela has created a beautiful space, very well-appointed with lots of thoughtful touches that made us feel both welcome and pampered. The entire suite had been recently renovated. Everything worked like a dream. Although we never met Daniela, she answered all of our questions promptly and communicated clearly every step of the process. Highly recommended!"

"The property is a haven of peace off a busy street. Easy to get into the old town by use of the wonderful mini metro that was less than 5 minutes walk away. Also walking distance to the railway station where we also hired a car. Great to have off street parking. The beds were comfortable and the only things we missed were armchairs (the property is not large enough to have a lounge) and some milk and teabags to make a drink on our arrival."
