"We are Australians in Italy for the first time. We enjoyed our week in Perugia. No car so we walked along the country lane to catch a local bus into Centro, and walked uphill to town on several occasions. The artisanal pasticceria which Guiseppe will tell you about was worth multiple visits. Free Illy espresso with each purchase. Guiseppe was quick to respond to our messages and helpful with suggestions. His Gold Card was useful! Too cold for a swim, sadly, as the pool looked very inviting....

"Stunning view of Perugia. Central location perfect for restaurants and nightlife. Modern bathrooms inside historic architecture is one of my favorites when traveling. A great venue to enjoy Umbria.Convenient by train, bus or auto."

"This was by far the best vacation rental we had in Italy in the last several years. Beds are amazing! Hotel quality plus sheets were crisp and clean (and ironed!). Location was great for waking into the old city of Perugia or driving to Gubbio, Assisi or one of the many mountain wine towns nearby. Our host Giuseppe was responsive and attentive. I would definitely recommend this spot."

"Couldn’t tell you. Very unprofessional and unresponsive staff wouldn’t get back to me on the address or check in. I asked multiple times on the day of check in without a response. I arrived in Perugia and had to find other accommodation at the last minute. No one local or at vrbo has yet responded. I should get a full refund for this and my troubles but am not counting on it."

"The property was comfortable, clean, bright, nicely furnished and centrally located (10 min walk to the town center) as shown in the listing. Property manager was responsive for the most part. There were no sheets/pillow cases in the bedroom with twin beds and host never replied to our inquiry to get bedding. Otherwise a very good choice"

"We stayed here for 4 nights to visit our daughter who is studying abroad for the semester in Perugia. The location was perfect! The views could not be beat! Stunning!! The space was a little quirky, with the only bathroom being off the back bedroom. Beds were very comfortable and overall the space was very spacious for 4 of us. "
