"This property is easy access to a parking lot at the bottom of the town. Its a fairly easy walk and like others said in their reviews, there are several flights of stairs to get to the elrooms but there is plenty of help to get luggage up there since the staff is waiting dor you tonarrive. My room was a bit tired looking from a design standpoint, but it was an oversized suite overlooking the entire valley below and a medieval tower just feet away. Ask for room 138. The staff was friendly and made an effort to solve all the problems, including the cold in the room (due to the crisis, it was forbidden in Italy to turn on the heat). And stay there again. Perugia is a great base to stay and do trips around the Umbrian region. Simply Stunning and less crowds than Tuscany. "
