"Mariella, thank you for being such a wonderful host! We called Mariella a few hours before arrival to let her know when we would arrive. Once we got to our location (very peaceful and beautiful countryside property), we drove through the automated gate, and Mariella met us at our car. Check in was very quick, we were shown our room which is found in a beautiful house, where everything is new and very clean! We were given our room keys and keys to the gate. Chiara at the front desk sets the tone from the moment you arrive. Marina and Yessenia in the breakfast restaurant are warm and attentive, and they make mornings genuinely enjoyable. And the bellboys keep everything running smoothly — special shout out to Vasile, one of the nicest guys you’ll meet. The property is solid, but the team is what earns the fifth star. Highly recommend."
