We loved our stay! Great place to relax on our visit to Assisi and Perugia. Our host welcomed us and feed us an awesome breakfast.

Silvia, the owner of the place is also the owner of a first quality restaurant, very prestigious. We dined there and the food is absolutely delicious! We will come back for sure.

Castello Di Monterone is a small castle that has outfitted into an 11-12 room hotel. The rooms are small but comfortable with high quality bathrooms, windows, etc. There are lots of little alcoves, inside and out, to hole up in. Absolutely breathtaking!!! The rooms, the view the service and the location. WOW!! And Salvatore is an absolute gem. We were unsure of how to get there and so he told us to call him when we were nearing the hotel and he stayed with me on the phone and guided our every turn. He waited for us outside so we wouldn’t miss it. Talk about outstanding service. Every room is so charming and tastefully decorated and has the most beautiful views. And just a short and beautiful walk to get to the center....

This is a lovely hotel close to the center of Perugia. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The room was immaculately clean. The view over the city and into the Umbrian countryside was lovely. We were very happy with everything the hotel had to offer.

My stay was not planned well in advance. I had a fairly traumatic day with a lot of stress and being on the edge of heatstroke. I was supposed to have been hundreds of kilometers away but could not make it there. I booked the room at Lo Spedalicchio as it was close and well reviewed. The woman working there, Susanna ( I'm sorry if the spelling is wrong), was amazing. She was very helpful and attentive. I was at a very low point and my stay there was great! Thank you!

Beautiful, seculded hilltop estate with great view and beautiful grounds. Nice pool. Hosts were warm and inviting and dinner of regional cuisine was good. Rooms are large and relatively sparse with minimal amenities, and beware there is no A/C. Breakfast was simple. They produce award winning olive oil available for purchase.

Amazing place to stay! It is the little things that make this place one of a kind: like two suitcase stands in the room. The service felt like they were full time career professionals that felt like they really cared about the place and the hospitality. Dinner and breakfast was amazing! Breakfast looks just like the pictures associated w/ the hotel. It's just an amazing sight. It's hard to choose your meal with this abundance of options. Additionally staff were helpful w/ bus tickets and information. "Old town" is quite a ways up the hill and worth every step. Pleasant gardens are also nearby.

We stayed at the hotel for three nights in January. The hotel is beautiful, warm and comfortable. The service was excellent. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was wonderful. The breakfast was excellent, especially the pastries. The pool is beautiful and we enjoyed using it and the sauna. We look forward to some day returning to the Sina Brufani.

So close to the main center of Perugia! The staff was friendly the breakfast was good, the closeness to the center of the city was irreplaceable, especially for the price! And we were extremely comfortable! such a great experience! We love Perigua and it would be hard to want to stay anywhere else! Also, try La Taverna if you go!
