"I had the absolute pleasure of staying here for my birthday trip, and it was truly unforgettable! From the moment I arrived, Mr. Moises (the owner) and his wonderful staff welcomed me with such warmth that I instantly felt like part of their family. The property itself is breathtaking — the views alone are worth the trip, and if you enjoy glamping, this is the perfect place for you. Mr. Moises, who is also a talented chef, prepared different breakfast options each morning, which was such a thoughtful touch. He also took the time to personally give us a tour of his property, showing us the beautiful fruit and coffee grown right there. His knowledge and passion for El Salvador were incredible, and we left with such a deeper appreciation for the country. Throughout my entire stay, I felt completely safe and cared for. And as a dog lover, I was delighted by the adorable, friendly pups who greeted me each day — they made the experience even more special. This was my very first visit to this beautiful country, and my only regret is not being able to stay longer. I truly left a piece of my heart here and can’t wait to return. "Room was clean, amazing views. Hot tub was not working for some reason. Franklin took us on a great ride in a buggy down to the lake. He was super helpful, professional, and knowledgeable of the area and its history. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you !!"

"We have heard of this property for years, it was an absolute pleasure to spontaneously get up to Suchitoto and stay at this gorgeous historic yet modern refurbished location. Delicious menu, comfortable beds with air conditioning, a strong Wi-Fi. The most modern of comforts while still being hundreds of years in the past! Love it."

"This hotel was very beautiful, a Salvadoran gem! A beautiful view of the lake from the restaurant! We also loved the appetizer we ordered: fried yucca with cheese inside. The restaurant staff was very nice and helpful, the receptionist for the hotel seemed kind of annoyed we were there but it didn’t take away from our stay. I would recommend this lovely place for sure!"

"The staff was extremely friendly and made this a place I would return. The roosters start crowing as early as 3am so do beware. If you are a sound sleeper or have earplugs, you should be just fine. Breakfast was served promptly each day. By the time I left, I truly felt as if I were part of their family."
