"I highly recommend Casa 1800. The staff went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and happy. The restaurant not only has delicious food but an amazing view. I went on 2 tours that were set up by them and highly recommend those also. The location was convenient and I would definitely stay there again. "

"The staff was so nice a friendly!! I would absolutely stay here again. Only down side are the bugs. El Salvador is really humid as is and there are lots of plants in the property. Also there are frogs lol but comes with the territory. I have no complaints about my stay. I also do not speak Spanish and the staff did their best to accommodate that. The room was also really clean. The view was absolutely amazing!! Such a beautiful hotel "

"This hotel was very beautiful, a Salvadoran gem! A beautiful view of the lake from the restaurant! We also loved the appetizer we ordered: fried yucca with cheese inside. The restaurant staff was very nice and helpful, the receptionist for the hotel seemed kind of annoyed we were there but it didn’t take away from our stay. I would recommend this lovely place for sure!"

"The restaurant and cabin are in a stunning location overlooking Lago Ilopango and Volcano San Salvador, and the owner is very kind and accommodating! The food and service were also great. My only regret is that I didn't stay more than one night!"

"The staff was extremely friendly and made this a place I would return. The roosters start crowing as early as 3am so do beware. If you are a sound sleeper or have earplugs, you should be just fine. Breakfast was served promptly each day. By the time I left, I truly felt as if I were part of their family."
