Lodges in San Saba County

"Great"

"Our 1st time here and we would say, one of the best experience we had for 3 days and 2 nights. We highly recommend it"

"Pictures definitely did justice for the place. If you are looking for a nice place to stay like a 5 star this is not it. We stayed for a fishing trip and it was perfect for that. The host was very friendly and accommodating. "

"The staff was super friendly and helpful. They even decorated our room for our honeymoon. We had a wonderful time and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice weekend getaway. The rooms are very nice, modern and love the full size kitchen and BBQ pits outside. The lodge is close to stores, local resteraunts and even several bars and dance halls. Definitely a five stars in our books."

"Vintage motel near Lake Buchanan. Great for a fishing trip or weekend at the lake."

"This is an outstanding property which will allow any group to have an exceptional experience. The layout is well suited to groups and we had a group of 10 with plenty of room. The amenities set this property apart and the scenic views are outstanding. Thanks for a an amazing experience!"

"Location was not accurate as shown before reserving. If you’re okay with a last minute spot with hwy 29 views it’s okay."

"I found the room clean inside. It suited my needs for this trip."

"We were in town for a reunion, and it provided a clean place to stay with a shower. We werent in the room much but the room was decorated super cute. "

"The room was clean the bathroom was clean. The place was very run down. The property is called Hill Country Lodging and mini storage. The room is called Native American Suits. It's a motel style place by the Hi way 29. The shower was dripping and management told me, " it goes down the drain""

"This is our second time to stay at this property and we enjoyed everything about it. Even with the lake levels down, we had a wonderful time and my kids are already wanting to go back!"
