"Tuvimos una buena estancia. El hotel está muy bien ubicado, justo en el centro de Cholula, y las habitaciones son cómodas y, sobre todo, muy limpias. Quiero destacar especialmente la atención del personal. Todos fueron muy amables y atentos durante nuestra estancia, definitivamente uno de los puntos fuertes del hotel. Nos hospedamos durante las fiestas de la ciudad, que se realizan justamente en la plaza donde está ubicado el hotel, por lo que hubo bastante ruido mientras duraban las celebraciones. Sin embargo, una vez que terminaban, el lugar quedaba muy tranquilo y pudimos dormir cómodamente. En cuanto a la limpieza, todo estaba muy limpio, aunque creo que deberían renovar algunos elementos de las habitaciones. Las sábanas se ven bastante antiguas, al igual que las toallas de baño, que aunque estaban limpias, ya lucen algo curtidas por el uso. Las almohadas también son pequeñas, delgadas y poco cómodas. En general, fue una buena experiencia. La excelente ubicación, la limpieza y, especialmente, la amabilidad del personal hacen que sea una buena opción para hospedarse en el centro de Cholula. Con una renovación de la ropa de cama, las toallas y las almohadas, la experiencia sería mucho mejor."

"This was place was such a gem.super comfortable and my young kids had so much fun. The restaurant attached has really good food and im not ge really a fan of buffets or Mexican food but wow.hobestly, really good. Only thing very important to know is the rooms do not have any A/C or fans. The weather was very cool in the evenings so eventually we were confortable enough to sleep but with the small window that opened and no fan to at least help circulate thats was tough for a fmaily that tends to run hot and kids that tend to overheat. Again, with our timing, it was all ok. But it would have been good to lnow and if it was during a hotter time we may not have fared so well. All in all though totally worth it and will definitely be back."

"Clean, but for a "suite" there should be more amenities, like a mini fridge or at the very least, a hair dryer."
