"Had issues with the app you use for requests and would have liked more information at check in. Overall ok stay, nice room and view. Drinks could have been stronger and some restaurants were amazing and some were terrible but overall good stay. Prob wouldn’t return. "

"We loved our second stay at BV Grand. The staff is great and Sunset restaurant is our favourite for the food and also the majestic sunset view. Rooms were very clean and the service was efficient everyday. We missed having a bit more protein options at the Buffet restaurant. Jorge our pool server is the best and always makes our stay so pleasant . We loved the Mexican night . It was the highlight of our stay . The Tradicional Mexican shows were the best. Point to improve: the bike service. Bikes need some maintenance or replacement. "

"I recently spent several nights at the Vallarta Live Hotel, which is located in a neighborhood section, approximately a 15-20 min walk to the beaches. The room was large, clean and comfortable. It is about a 15 minute drive from the airport and in a very walkable area. There are a number of restaurants and shops withing a reasonable walking distance."
