Great staff, very friendly and welcoming

For a 1 star hotel, we were very impressed with the service and standard of the room. The room was big. The hotel staff was really friendly and welcoming. They took the time to tell us about San Sebastian and give personal recommendations which we appreciate. The breakfast was more like a basket of goodies which was refilled everyday. There is a microwave and coffee machine in the hallway. The only downside is that if you are a couple sleeping on 2 single beds that are joined the middle is not comfortable. The wifi was not as good and the AC was more of a plug in fan. However, the weather was cool enough and we didn't need to use the AC. Otherwise we had a great stay and it is a good value for money. Would definitely recommend this to others.

Struttura in zona stadio, a 10 minuti di auto dal centro storico. Al nostro arrivo nessuno rispondeva al citofono, ho telefonato ed in 2 minuti è venuta ad accoglierci una ragazza. La camera tripla è ampia, luminosa e pulita. Anche il bagno in comune è ampio e ben tenuto. Abbiamo lasciato l'auto in strada, anche se bisogna avere fortuna nel trovare un parcheggio libero. Nel complesso è un'ottima soluzione per chi si trova di passaggio in città, un po' meno per chi preferisce muoversi a piedi per avere il mare e il centro vicino casa.

First time in San Sebastian

The room was very clean and well positioned in a nice neighborhood but it is very small. The room also has no air conditioning which means you need to keep the balcony door which lets in street noise. Overall it was good but not worth €100 a night

TODO ESPANTOSO Y DUEÑO MAL EDUCADO!!

TODO HORRIBLE!!..la habitación con ventana sellada. No hay nada d ventilación. Olor HORRIBLE. No funcionaba ni la tele ni el aire Acondicionado. Prendias uno y se apagaba el otro. Y para peor el supuesto dueño era un oriental mal educado q se hacia el q no entendía español cdo. Le convenía. Lo único a le interesó fue cobrar. En la página tbien. dice limpieza diaria. Nunca la hicieron!..UN DESASTRE TODO!!..NO VALLAN !!!..PÉSIMA EXPERIENCIA!!

Camera pulita e abbastanza confortevole. Ideale per una notte! Posizione nn troppo favorevole, la spiaggia ed il centro distano dieci minuti circa in auto. La pulizia ed il bagno in camera sono il punto a favore.

Es una pension sin lujos, pero estaba limpia, tenia algunos extras que no tienen muchos hoteles, como nevera y pequeña mesa plegable, el aire acondicionado ruidoso pero funcionaba bien y algo ruidosas las puertas, pero muy razonable todo centrica y todo correcto, tienen incluso cafetera y microondas en el pasillo psra quien lo necesite.

Whistle stop trip to San Sebastián en route to Bilbao; this was the perfect stopover! Pensión was clean, spacious, nicely decorated and we loved our balcony too. We were a bit disappointed we were only getting to stay for one night!

Una muy buena opción a muy buen precio

Aunque no está en el centro histórico de San Sebastián los alrededores son muy atractivos con buenos bares y restaurantes. Varias lineas de auto buses pasa muy cerca.

Es increíble el precio que cobran por un alojamiento de tan escasa calidad. La habitación es muy pequeña y las camas malísimas. Encima nos tocó una habitación que da a un patio interior y olía fatal.

Très bien, a 15 minutes à pied d’un parking gratuit Moins de 30 minutes à pied du vieux centre. On est arrivés en avance et le responsable nous a gentiment proposer de garder nos bagages le temps que la chambre soit prête. La chambre était propre, le matelas ferme et bien confortable Rapport qualité prix imbattable sur cette ville!

It was hard to find, the name sign is on the corner of the street. There is no sign on the door nor a reception area, the only indication was on the little piece of paper in the doorbell. There were two bells, one with a bed and one without. The door was opened, but there was no indication in the hall that you needed to go to the second floor. A very friendly young lady was waiting there, who took us to what looked like a kitchen area where the formalities were completed and then she gave us our keys. Three keys: one for the front door of the building, one for the floor and corridor and one for our room. The corridor door has no moving handle so every time someone uses it there is a bang. Someone was doing the washing next door in the laundry, so there was a lot of slamming doors. It’s noisy, but at night time it was quiet. Mattress was a bit soft but the room was comfortable but compact. Great shower! Breakfast next door and tapas two doors up: fantastic,
