The hotel has a great location. It is an easy 5 min walk to the beach and 5 min walk to all restaurants and shops. The staff is super professional and friendly. The rooms are beautiful and super comfortable and the hotel has an amazing view from the pool terrace of La Concha beach.

Right in the old town, next to the harbor and trail up to the castle, and can walk to everything easily right from the hotel. Friendly staff and great fresh breakfast offerings each day.

Great location on edge of old town close to the beach and two blocks from fantastic Pintxos! Quiet due to great windows. Bike rentals Sansebikes terrific!!

The toilet was separate from the shower and had no ventilation and when you flush the toilet the water splashes out even with the lid on. Other than that I loved the property.

Hotel St-Julian is the perfect way to experience the town and unique neighborhoods of Biarritz. Phillip and his wife are the best of host. St. Julian is situated on a quaint side street, but so close to the beaches, bakeries, and cafes that we did not use our car once. The hotel is amazing, fully remodeled , our room was exquisite. We loved staying at this hotel - our bedroom was beautiful (and huge), combining old charm with modern beauty (bathroom was nicely updated). The front desk staff was very nice and helpful - they helped us figure out the local bus system to go to an indoor spa just outside of town on a rainy day when we could not go to the beach and gave us good restaurant recommendations for dinner! This hotel has the perfect location right on the water and city center. The staff was wonderfully attentive upgrading our room to an oceanfront suite because one was available. The only complication was the lack of parking and the complication of reaching the hotel to drop off your luggage. But once I called the hotel we got good directions on where we could park.

Perfect place! The only setback is the restaurant service outside, which was ultra slow and subpar, but anything else is top notch. Would stay again.

This is the second time we have stayed at the Hotel Parma. The location is perfect for exploring the old part of town, by the bay and wandering to the various pinxtos bars and fine restaurants. It is also located just a few blocks away from the Brexit market. If one is visiting San Sebastián this is the place to stay.

Great location for walking to sights. Lots of pinxtos bars for food/drink. Try fresh anchovies and cod, local wines. Not too noisy for this 50+ who felt safe out at night. Best shower ever, bed a bit too soft for me. San Sebastián a great place!
