The hotel has a great location. It is an easy 5 min walk to the beach and 5 min walk to all restaurants and shops. The staff is super professional and friendly. The rooms are beautiful and super comfortable and the hotel has an amazing view from the pool terrace of La Concha beach.

A modern, clean and stylish gem of a hotel nestled in the an absolutely charming old town of San Sebastian. The staff was wonderfully attentive and graciously assisted me in English (probably to save us both struggling through my not-so-great Spanish). Plentiful and consistently amazing restaurant options abound and the area offers breathtaking views of architecture, beaches, and a nearby hike up the hilltop fort for all your nature-bathing needs (there's a bar up there that shouldn't be...

Right in the old town, next to the harbor and trail up to the castle, and can walk to everything easily right from the hotel. Friendly staff and great fresh breakfast offerings each day.

Spacious rooms. Parking garage is far away and too expensive. Would have loved a complimentary parking or breakfast as being a VIP member.

Small, quant hotel in the perfect location in San Sebastian. In Old Town close to both beaches. Also close to the transportation center which made getting in and out of town very convenient. It's a really small hotel. There is a small reception area with coffee but that's about it, there is no lobby like you'd find in a more traditional hotel. The staff is happy to help with whatever you need, they were great!

Great location on edge of old town close to the beach and two blocks from fantastic Pintxos! Quiet due to great windows. Bike rentals Sansebikes terrific!!

This is the second time we have stayed at the Hotel Parma. The location is perfect for exploring the old part of town, by the bay and wandering to the various pinxtos bars and fine restaurants. It is also located just a few blocks away from the Brexit market. If one is visiting San Sebastián this is the place to stay.

Great location for walking to sights. Lots of pinxtos bars for food/drink. Try fresh anchovies and cod, local wines. Not too noisy for this 50+ who felt safe out at night. Best shower ever, bed a bit too soft for me. San Sebastián a great place!

June 2026: San Sebastián is a city that rewards those who travel with their stomach first and their itinerary second. This little pension sits right in the heart of the Old Town, mere steps from some of the finest pintxos bars in Europe. You could hardly ask for a better location. The room itself is simple and straightforward and clean, but that's not why you're here. You're here because every great meal, every late-night glass of txakoli, and every wandering stroll through the old streets...

Instrucción to the building and room were clear and easy friendly. Room and bathroom assigned were super clean. I will book again at Pension El Puerto!

The location was absolutely ideal, with everything being within a 10 minute walk at a leisurely pace. The beach is just a hop and a skip away - as well as all the delicious pintxo spots. The host is super friendly and accommodating! 10/10 Highly recommend

If you are traveling through the middle of France it would be a mistake to skip Tours. It would be a bigger mistake to not stay at Francois’s wonderful old fashioned hotel. You will be delighted
