You will find a 4-room maisonette with 200 square meters of living space spread across two levels on the second floor. The spacious unit features comfortable and beautiful furnishings with some areas having sloping ceilings. On the main level, there is a large living/dining room equipped with a dining table and satellite TV (flat screen). The kitchen area comes with an oven, dishwasher, gas stove with four burners, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, along with a dining table and an open-hearth fireplace (for decorative purposes only). There is also a shower/WC on this level. Upstairs, you'll find an open large living/sleeping room with sloping ceilings and a double sofabed, a double bedroom with sloping ceilings, and another room with sloping ceilings containing two beds. Additionally, there is a bath/shower/bidet/WC on the upper floor.
Amenities Included
The maisonette is equipped with gas heating, which is available only from October 15th to April 30th. The floors are a combination of parquet and natural stone. You can enjoy a marvelous view of the lake and the mountains from the unit.
