"Very pleasant experience!
The host was very nice and gracious, very helpful and knew English well. Before I arrived they wrote to me on WhatsApp, asking when I'll arrive so they can welcome me and explain to me everything. I had trouble finding taxi and she helped me with it which was a life saver for me.
The place is very pretty, and has a very pleasant atmosphere, with a faint smell of a scented candle, optimal temperature and soft instrument music. The room was very clean and was cleaned...

"Gorgeous modern rooms, remodeled in 2024. Nicest bathroom I’ve ever seen at an hotel. Absolutely prime location, right on the min shopping street and steps from I’ll Campo. Amina was the best host ever and even helped us schlep our bags all the way to the Stadium parking lot (a 15 minute haul and the only downside about the property). "

"We had a lovely visit to Palazzo di Valli. The location is just gorgeous - about a 1.5 km walk to the Campo inside the walls of Siena. The breakfast was wonderful - we looked forward to it every morning. The managers Lorenzo and Giacomo were so kind and accommodating - even when we had a very unexpected late check-in. "If you pay attention to the hotel’s driving instructions, everything else will be 5 star. All of the staff is very accommodating to your every need.
