Absolutely perfect!!

Stayed here for my son's ASU graduation. It was in a great location and the house itself was perfect. The host really takes care of their guests, from the superb communication, to the informational binder they have there, to the labeled remotes, to the toiletries. Did not get a chance to use the pool or hot tub, but it all looked beautiful and very relaxing.

Perfect location for a family reunion!

My sisters and I stayed here for a family reunion, and there was plenty of room for grandkids and nieces/nephews to visit and play in the pool and join us for meals. The property is lovely and comfortable, with all of the amenities anyone could need. I would recommend this property without hesitation, and hope sometime in the future to be able to enjoy it again!!!

Perfect Getaway

My husband and I travelled to Arizona to visit family. The house was clean and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The pool was beautiful. The owners were easy to work with and accommodating when we ran into some trouble with the pool being heated and were quick to resolve the issue. We would definitely book again!

San Tan Valley Stay

My family came from SC to Arizona to visit my friend and her family. This house was the perfect place for us to stay during our trip. We even arrived early to check-in and found ourselves not yet able to get into the house. A quick phone call with the house contact and we were in! The pool was great, the house was cleaned well upon our arrival, and it came stocked with the essentials. Thanks for the great stay!

The home is in an area of mixed agricultural and new home construction. There is shopping just a couple of miles away, so convenient to stock up. Home is well stocked with linens, dishes, pots and pans, seasonings and cleaning supplies. We have never stayed at a VRBO or Airbnb where the owners ask that you haul out the large trash cans to the curb and return them the next day after trash pick up, but it wasn't too bad. However, in 112 degree heat, lugging trans cans around to the backyard was a little tough... The AC worked ok, but the master bedroom did not cool off as well as the other 2 bedrooms. The living room, dining room and kitchen were extremely warm, which made cooking a little sticky in the afternoon. Bathrooms were well stocked, with plenty of supplies. We had a couple of issues, but owner was very responsive, and hopefully they are fixed for the next clients. We stayed here while visiting family, and it met our needs. Clean, safe and well maintained are most important to us, and it met all of those boxes.

Family Getaway

Our family of five stayed from Saturday to Wednesday. It was so nice to have the amenities of home rather than stay in a hotel room. The neighborhood was quiet, the pool was great for the kiddos and the laundry and kitchen were great for this momma! Would recommend this property to friends and would stay again.
