4.0 star property
8.8 out of 10, Excellent, (377)
"We loved this hotel. It’s a high rise from around 1995, but built in a much earlier style, with lovely wide staircases, traditional sculpture and plenty of comfortable public areas to sit and listen to the piano player at dinner time! The room was comfortable, traditionally furnished, with a nice wood floor and the bathroom had plenty of ‘marble’. Excellent service. "

"The hotel is good value for money, the room we got was quite large and comfortable but very basic. The bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean, large, functional but dated, the room lacked sockets for charging. Breakfast was included in the price which really was a bonus. Unfortunately the area around the hotel, though not unsafe, had a few homeless people and guys drinking and just hanging out. It’s safe enough for a couple to walk around but I felt a bit unsafe about walking around by...

"Just stayed here. Not at all how it is represented. No staff anywhere. No contact info nor info about the apartment in the apartment, A maid let me in who did not speak English and that was the end of the communication. Appliances broken, other appliances and amenities advertised were not in the apartment. Non stop heavy water leak from the ceiling resulting in pools of water in the middle of the living room day and night. Mold on some walls from the leak. Sliding glass door lock broken...

Kenton Palace Buenos Aires
4.0 star property
8.4 out of 10, Very Good, (386)
"It was a good stay at Kenton Palace. The place was clean and rooms were big with 2 double beds. The reception staff Sebastian was amazing and went out of his way to help us. There were couple of staff who were not so friendly. It was quite central and walking distance to restaurants and the main Mayo square. Would stay there again if in Buenos Aires."

"The hotel is closing in a few weeks. Its obvious they don't care. Room wasn't all that clean. Pool probably hadn't been chlorinated in a while either, ha! Very relaxed staff meant we could get a super later check out."

"If you want the Sheraton, stay at the Sheraton. This is a hostel, and people need to realize that. With that being said, I had a private room en suite. The bed was clean and changed daily, the shower was clean and the whole bathroom was functioning. I only ate breakfast there one day and it was croissants, toast, butter and jam, tea, coffee or juice. Yes, it's basic, but it gets you through until lunch! Staff speaks some English, but I speak Spanish, so that was not an issue. Everyone was very...
