We spent two nights with the family in two rooms. It is indeed an old hotel, but very clean. Excellent and friendly staff and a good breakfast. But the most important thing is its location in the center of everything. If it were to undergo a major renovation, it would be the jewel in the crown.

Staff was great and the front desk spoke English perfectly. They gave us a wonderful dinner restaurant suggestion. The room was clean and quiet and conveniently located. The shower head needed a simple replacement.

It wasn’t really what I was expecting, old tvs, not really friendly waiter or waitress, the only friendly person I met was the chef while he was refilling the buffet.! Great old architecture, the walls in the rooms are dirty, not really even 4 star hotel.

This is not a 5 star hotel, maybe 3. A receptionist told us that the hotel is 80 years old and has been 5 star all this time. You will feel that 80 years, everything old and outdated. The location is good, everything nearby. Staff is good as well.

A wonderful hotel! We have atayed here at least 5 diffrrent times, when we can get to Argentina . Just off of Florida St., so gery accessible to stores, restaurants, etc They speak English as well as Soanish. Highly recommend it!

The pool was a welcome addition to our stay. We enjoyed our time relaxing by the pool and the attendant was awesome. The breakfast buffet was good and convenient. The receptionists were very friendly and answered all our questions.

Pool out of service, rooms were partially dirty, one of the two elevators not working resulting in long waiting times. Loud noise due to construction in the room. Hence, I left early, approved and refund confirmed by reception staff, however ultimately no refund happended until now. Needed to escalate issue to group quality management, got formal apology, but no refund until now.
